We were founded in 2020 and have been growing steadily, building a strong foundation and getting ready to grow.
Fast forward to now; we have offices in London, Austin & Morocco, a growing team and a global reach!

Our founders/directors have a combined 25 years of international experience sourcing exceptional talent at C-suite, Leadership, and Management levels, with industry expertise across E-Mobility, Vehicle Technology and Traditional Tier One.

About us!

We ask the team to come into the office at 4 days a week and on Wednesdays we can work from home, though the office is open if anyone would prefer to come in.
Our working hours are between 8.30am and 6pm.
When working from home, we provide a full office set up, with a laptop, second screen (everyone is more productive with a second screen!), keyboard and mouse and a headset for calls.

Communication is everything to us at CLM.
We have morning and after-lunch focus sessions - to talk through plans and to-dos for the day, to highlight priority tasks and to catch up. These typically only take around 5-10 minutes, but its a great way to bring the team together.
We have weekly 1:1s with our managers and encourage active communication throughout the week too.
The founders, directors and Senior Leadership Team are in the office amongst the team every day - if you have a question or suggestion, just ask, we will always make time for you.

We have quarterly socials, with lots of extra activities in between.
We have a Q1 activity social, Q2 Summer Party/Awards Night, Q3 activity social and Q4 Christmas Party!
We do also have a social calendar with at least 2 events per month, whether this is taking advantage of the amazing events in Canary Wharf as a team, or just some team drinks!
