How CLM started
Our co-founders Callum, Jack, and Taylor, wanted to create an organisation that would make an impact on the Mobility industry. Creating an environment where people flourish, employees are empowered and their lives and others around them are enhanced.
From the very beginning people have been at the epicentre of the business, encapsulating CLM's ethos that ‘Every person matters’. It has been ingrained into our strategy, behaviours and within every interaction.
A combined 25 years of international experience sourcing exceptional talent at C-suite, Leadership, and Management levels, with industry expertise across E-Mobility, Vehicle Technology and Traditional Tier One. We’re perfectly positioned to be the premier talent partner in the mobility industry.

Fast forward to 2024, we now have 3 offices, with growing teams in London, Austin & Rabat.
Our vision is to be the Number One talent provider in the Mobility industry globally, by 2030.
We want to build a successful, high-achieving & collaborative team. Our aim is to develop and train the entrepreneurial thinkers at CLM to be the best that they can be and join us on this incredible journey 🚀
