Our core mission is to provide experienced leadership to meet the rising demand in Morocco. We plan to achieve this by training a team of local headhunters in the "CLM Way," incorporating our best practices and standards.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Recruitment Team Leader with proven, hands-on 360 recruitment experience, who is ready to be invested in.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Team Leader, you would have a 360-recruitment role, developing business and client relationships, winning new projects and roles whilst headhunting and delivering on those roles. You will also be leading a team of consultants in our Morocco presence, ensuring the office functions optimally on a day-to-day basis.

You will focus on relationship-building with key automotive clients and will support your team members on delivering both Morocco and EMEA projects.

We’re flexible, but we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a full 360 recruitment role

• A deep understanding of the Moroccan job market and culture

• Experience in Executive Search or Headhunting

• Experience leading/managing a team

• Someone who is confident, articulate and meticulous – you’ll be liaising with C-Level clients and senior candidates.

• Someone who is hungry to succeed, driven and determined to learn and progress in their career – growth mindset is key for us, we can always be better and that runs through CLM.
